Michelle and Laura from Empowered Decision started their business with a drive to help people gain control of their careers and guide them in the right direction. After both successfully working in recruitment for several years, they decided to take their expertise and provide guidance and support for anyone looking to further their careers, whether fresh out of uni, those at the peak of their careers, in any industry.
